The government is committed to ensuring that there is strong governance and accountability of the Foundation for the performance of the organisation.

The capacity of the candidate to contribute time to the workload and demands of the Foundation and committee membership will also be a factor in the selection process. Applicants should be aware that there is a requirement that, if appointed to the Foundation, they will attend, as a minimum, 75 per cent of meetings held during the year.
