Ambulance Victoria is an independent entity operating under the Ambulance Services Act (Vic) 1986 and is integral to the Victorian health system. The board is accountable to the Minister for Ambulance Services and is responsible for the health, wellbeing and safety of the organisation's people – ensuring staff and volunteers are working in a safe, fair and inclusive culture.
