The Minister for Environment is seeking expressions of interest for positions on the board of Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV).
Help lead the future of Victoria's iconic alpine landscape. ARV provides sector-wide focus and strategic leadership across the state's six alpine resorts – Falls Creek, Mt Buller, Mt Hotham, Mt Baw Baw, Mt Stirling and Lake Mountain.
As an ARV board member, you will guide a skills-based governing body shaping a vital tourism and environmental sector. The board was established in 2022 and brings together expertise in tourism, financial management, environmental conservation, public governance and Traditional Owner knowledge.
Your leadership will support thriving alpine communities and ecosystems. Victoria's alpine resorts attract over one million visitors each year and support thousands of regional jobs, contributing significantly to liveability, nature-based tourism, and climate-resilient economic growth.
