Purpose
The Advisory Board will provide independent advice to the Minister for Housing and Homes Victoria's CEO on Homes Victoria's long-term strategic direction, financial viability and stability, identify new strategic risks and monitor the implementation of risk management strategies, and oversee organisational performance against the corporate plan and key performance indicators. The Board will also consider any other matters referred to them by the Minister.
